BUILDING MUSCLE AFTER 35 + WHY IT is imperative

A fun fact about me that most people don’t know I didn’t start my bodybuilding journey until my mid-30s. I started prepping at 34 and I didn’t step on stage until I was 35. I’m now 39, and truthfully, I didn’t start prioritizing muscle until then. It changed everything. My body composition, my energy, my confidence… all of it. And here’s why I find it to be so important.

More muscle = higher metabolism. It keeps your body burning even at rest.

Strength training helps prevent bone loss and keeps you mobile long-term.
